For almost 30 years, LCDFI challenges the issues that plague the social status of Ilocanos in the community. The organization answers their needs in many alternative measures that provide opportunities for growth, development and progress.
The Foundation was identified by DSWD Region I as one of the volunteer organizations on Public-Private Partnership (convergence) in the implementation of the DSWD anti-poverty programs.
A specific plan of action was developed on how we can engage in the implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or 4 Ps.
A MOA will be signed by Secretary Corazon Soliman.
The action plan will be implemented at Barangay Tagudtud, Bagulin where we will be participating in the Bantay framework especially in the validation of the families included in the program.
